Vice-President of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Statewide Operations.  Over 30 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker; more than 35 years of hotel management & real estate experience.  President of the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society in 1997 & the Florida CCIM Chapter. Recipient of the 1999 Hank Thompson Award for outstanding contribution to the Florida CCIM Chapter and Year 2000 CCIM of the Year. 1999 FAR Commercial Council Chairman. Year 2000 Past Presidents Chairman for the Florida CCIM Chapter.  Former Director and member of executive committee for the Florida Association of Realtors and currently on the national board of directors for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. 3 years service member of the Board of Directors for the Orlando Association of Realtors. Oversees the operations of the Retail Leasing Department, which handles the retail leasing for numerous properties on behalf of Landlords.  Responsible for communication with Landlords with regard to tenancy, in an effort to achieve 100% occupancy. Prior Positions Held:  Thirty-five years experience in retail real estate, including retail representation, Real Estate Director for Marshall’s Stores, Real Estate VP for national hair-cutting business, Your Fathers Mustache. Mildred Merced

Comptroller

At Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mildred oversees the operation of the Finance Department, which handles all fiscal procedures for over 40 corporations.  Provides direction and implementation of accounting policies to ensure FASB regulations are practiced.  Maintains internal controls and auditing processes,  Hold’s a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. 

Other Positions Held:  Twenty-six years experience in the accounting field and held positions which include Assistant Controller and Corporate Accountant for Isleworth Real Estate, Home Services, Community Association and Land Company - a very prestigious organization in Windermere; Accountant for Brightstar Resorts, a vacation and property management organization; Accountant for Grenelefe Condominium Association in Haines City; Personnel & Medicaid Director for the Floating Hospital a non-profit organization in New York City and Chief Fiscal Officer for the Westside Cluster, a non profit homeless shelter in New York City.

 
 
 
         
 

 

 
         
 

Dean Driscoll

Administrator of Property Management 

Oversees the operation of the Property Management Department, which includes both residential and commercial properties. Staff supervision, daily interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with both Coldwell Banker Commercial policies and procedures as well as with Florida statutes.

Prior positions held include: leasing agent, property inspector, director of new business development, Community Association Manager. 

Currently responsible for oversight of more than 30 homeowner and condominium associations and almost one million square feet of commercial property as well as supervision of in-house and on-site staff.  Bachelor’s Degree from St. Bonaventure University.   Licenses Held: Florida Real Estate Salesperson  License # SL621742, Florida Community Association Manager License # CAM20967.
